How to pair down the soapboxes?

I know I just don't really know what I'm doing, but I'm having soapbox issues; I thought by creating a different set of boxes I could use them on a single page, however now when I try and get one set posted on one particular page I get this build ol' list of all the boxes I've ever created :/ Is there something obvious I'm not doing?
