How do I add categories to the header navigation? And how do I enable drop down menus to show subcategories? Thanks.

How do I add categories to the header navigation? And how do I enable drop down menus to show subcategories?

The recommended solution for both these questions, (by WP and PL) is to use the "Page Links To" plugin, which will allow you to create pages that redirect to the desired category.
