show different photo in excerpt and article from blog

How do I add a photo in my excerpt? How do I make the excerpt photo different from the photo in the full view article? I saw this cool feature here: http://www.everyonesinvolved.com/blog/ Tanx!!

this should be standard functionality in the Pro themes. Which version/theme are you on?

If you have thumbnails set to only show on the main posts page, then you could just add a normal photo via the media insert button. That way this is what shows on the single post page not the thumb.
