Problem of Front End UI in Website

Hello, this is Monica, recently has started front end web development in London, and in the 3 weeks, I have made a new website's frontend for my friends who is a client for me. His website is for the cheap essay writing service for the students of the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia. I don't have much idea related the marketing tactics but when one of my friend who is doing marketing for the same project he says to make it more responsive, I have tried as much as I can but stills there are problems in the mobile user interface. I cannot get the point and have researched many that how can I overcome this problem?
