iBlogPro - How do you controll which pages show up in the nav menu?

Hi, I just added two pages and they both show up in the top nav menu. However, not all of my existing pages do show up in the nav menu. I can't tell how to distinguish which one appear and which ones don't Additionally, I can't figure out how to change the order of the pages. Simply updating the "Order" doesn't seem to make a difference. Any ideas? Thanks, Doug Ward

All first order, or top-level, pages that are "published" should show up in the top nav. The order of the pages is best controlled with the "PageMash Page Management" plugin.. really slick drag/drop interface. Hope this helps.
