Headway, or similar "Drag&Drop" framework?

I know the ideal way is to code from the ground up (or at least some sort of framework up). However, as a designer shifting to developer, I need a very visual way to make sites. At least as a stepping stone to learning how to be a full blown coder. Does anyone have any recommendations for a Drag & Drop visual framework?

I've heard good things about Pagelines DMS, Genesis, and Headway.
