Question about creating a structure and populate tables

Hi all, I'm new to MySQL and I'm doing this exercise, I came with some codes but not sure what else to do. Here are some descriptions of what I'm trying to do:

Try to re-create, with a toy example, the queries that Facebook does in its database to infer the preferences of its users.  In particular, you will try to guess the political choices of all those users that have not expressed any tendency in their profile.

Imagine that Facebook has added a new section to indicate your political preference.  It has to be expressed by colour.  These are the colours: red, orange, yellow, blue and black.
