Requested Refund Not Processed

Hi, Am I doing something wrong? I've requested a refund and sent 7 inquiries via [email protected] with "Billing" in the subject title (per your instruction) and have not received any response. --- Is my refund being processed or do I need to go through my credit card company? -- If I do not hear back from anyone at Pagelines this week, I will make the assumption I need to do this through the credit card company.

Save the wait and contact your credit card company now. Pagelines does not respond to refund requests or anything else.
