Remove Feature Page Numbers for Navigation

To anyone: Is it possible to remove the cycling numbers at the bottom of the transitioning feature page items? I have a few users who have told me it's actually confusing them -- the reason is that my boxes are designed to cycle every 5 seconds so it appears nothing is actually happening when they click them. The page would look much more attractive overall as a result if I could remove them but the features still cycled according to the settings. Jason

sure, this ones easy just add: `#featurenav{display:none}` to custom css

Thanks Andrew! As an alternative, is there a navigation that perhaps just has small arrows for moving backward or forward? That would be a terrific option as well.
