Weird Scrolling Issues

Hello!

I built a site with Pagelines 5 and it's having a weird scrolling issue in Chrome. Seems to go away if you refresh the page or clear the cache, but that doesn't resolve the issue if customers come to view the site for the first time. Any ideas how to solve this? Thought I had fixed it by some adjustments on MegaNav, but it hasn't seemed to solve it.

site seems to work fine for me on MacOS and Chrome. What is the specific problem? Screenshots help, etc.

Have you updated everything to the latest versions and so on?

I updated Chrome and that seemed to make the problem appear less frequently (I'm not able to replicate the issue in Safari). Here's a video to show what happens:
