Can't move or delete section

I have recently updated to the latest version but i am not sure if this was happening before that.  here is what i do that causes the issue:

i add a two column section

i add a widgetizer section to the left side

i add the WP loop content to the right side which requires a refresh. 

once i refresh the page, the loop section expands to full width and drops below the widget section.  it is no longer possible to change the width or even delete the section.  i can only load a new template to the page and then set it back and setup again.  anyone else having this issue or know a solution?
