To display only full posts of a specific category you will need to add this code:

<?php query_posts('category_name=CATEGORYNAME&showposts=10'); ?>
	<?php while (have_posts()) : the_post(); ?>
	<?php endwhile;?>
You will need to eplace
CATEGORYNAME
with the name of your specific category and
10

with the number of posts you want displayed. As for the box, what do you want the box to look like?

Please read the docs before posting. Please do not private message me unless I ask you to.

Is that homepage an actual page that was created and then set as the static front page? If not you might need to do that to get the main content area for the News posts. Then you can use a simple plugin: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/search.php?q=posts For the nofollow links before we dive in you should know there's not really any SEO need to do this for those links... still want to proceed? And for SEO in general, are you using: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/all-in-one-seo-pack/ Thanks, Bryan

Hello Bryan, the page is ok, it exists and it is the static homepage. I need only the code to insert in the page to create a graphic box as you can see in the image. The box must resize his hight depending from the quantity of text. for SEO i will use the plugin you say. Thanks

Did you check this:

Is that homepage an actual page that was created and then set as the static front page? If not you might need to do that to get the main content area for the News posts.
To do this you would go to Pages and manually create a page named "Home". Then Settings > Reading and set "Home" as the static front page, that will now give you the graphic box content area you're looking for. Then you can go back to Pages and edit "Home" to add the previously recommended PHP code above. For this to work you will also need this plugin: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/exec-php/ Thanks, Bryan

So are you using Platform now? Change the mode to 'blog mode' from magazine mode and it will fix you 'two column' layout problem
