WP Accessibility VS Pagelines

Hi,

I'm working for a para-governmental organization and need accessibility features for a series of websites. The best route would be to use WP Accessibility (https://make.wordpress.org/accessibility/wp-accessibility-plugin/) but I can see from the onset that I'm getting conflicts. The first thing I saw not working is the WP Accessibility toolbar that is shown but doesn't work.

So I was wondering I you could have a look and make Pagelines work with WP Accessibility OR if you can point me in the direction of tools that could help me solve accessibility challenges with Pagelines.
