Woocommerce images disappeared using Platform 5

Hey guys, recently added Platform 5 to our site and the images for each product have now disappeared e.g. https://gctea.com.au/product/sleep-tea-organic/

It's still pulling those sections from the WP content loop. If you could let me know how I fix it that'd be appreciated.

I see you're using the content extension on this page. Try deactivating ShopLines or QuickShop if you're not using it on your layouts.

Yes I had activated QuickShop so I could have a play around with it on a demo page before activating on my main shop. Is that not possible?

is ShopLines active as well? take note that these 2 extensions can't run at the same time since they're both WooCommerce dependent

No just Quickshop, I hadn't installed Shoplines therefore there shouldn't have been any issue, is that right or am I missing something?

are all your plugins updated?

All of the Pagelines plugins are. There was a Woocommerce recent update which has been updated now.

The issue was WooCommerce since they made big changes on version 3.0.0.

Yes but the photos started appearing after I turned the Quickshop plugin off and before I updated Woocommerce so it must be to do with Pagelines plugins not Woocommerce right?

Try activating QuickShop now that you've updated WooCommerce. Let me know your results

Same problem unfortunately. Reactivated Quickshop and the images disappear. Deactivate it and it works fine. Must be a bug with Quickshop.
