[Solved] Site has been flagged for malware

This is the second time I have received an email from GoDaddy warning me that my site has been flagged for potential malware. I was notified b/c a "routine security checkup of our servers and platforms" was performed. 

I called them and the said I have 1) too many plugins and 2) some may have malicious content. Below is an excerpt of what they sent me. Is all in order or do I need to look into this further?
