Accidentally closed the Pageline Extension dialog box in WP Dashboard and lost my whole site!!!

On main Dashboard in Wordpress the pagelines extension is displayed.

Once installed and account is added the extension is active.

I Freaking accidentally closed the dialog box (X in upper right corner)

Thinking that it would just not use the plugin for one page.

BUT no..

it actually completely disable all pages.

How can restore all the work that done with the Pageline Extension?

Do you really have to go back into the Database and find a restore point?

That seems like really bad UI if you can wipe all your work out in JUST ONE CLICK.

not sure what dialog box are you referring to, details?

  • when you remove a section from a page, platform 5 asks you to confirm: https://cl.ly/lpnJ
  • when you try turn the editor off in a page and you haven't saved your changes platform 5 also asks you to confirm: https://cl.ly/lpdY

      WordPress Version: 3.6.1
      Plugins in Use: none

      I was told to switch from Platform to DMS because Platform is no longer suported. At first I got this error on the main page of the site (and nothing else):
      Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 71 bytes) in /data/17/1/140/158/1629321/user/1756258/htdocs/careercrossroadscoach/wp-content/themes/dms/includes/less.plugin.php on line 2370
       
      ...But after I disabled all my plugins it went away. However, some weirdness is going on with my dashboard interface. When I switched back to Platform (because of the error) my dashboard settings had changed! Previously there was a section called something like "Platform Settings" and it was under the Themes menu. Now that option is gone, and there's a bunch of stuff that wasn't there before.
       
      My suspicion is that somehow the menu options for DMS replaced the menu options for Platform, which would be possible if both were in a folder called Platforms (I've yet to check the file system), and thus messed them both up.
       
      I'm hesitant to outright delete Platforms, because though it may be legacy I like it a lot. And I don't yet have 100% confidence that DMS will work. And I'd already customized the colors and such for Platforms, and deleting the theme will nixe all that work. Keeping this in mind, how best shall I proceed, in getting DMS to work?

      1.1.1. not loading site - tried everything i know of

      I've posted about this a few times since my site is inaccessible at present. The site can be viewed when I'm not logged in; but, as soon as I log in as admin it loads and loads and loads and loads... Here's what I've done:
       
      deactivated all plug-ins finally had the correct theme updated (Sophistique theme update zip was actually the then current version) - updated using wordpress tried to re-install 1.1.1 through wordpress (failed) Called my host (GoDaddy) to confirm there were no uploading issues on their end. (There wasn't.) re-installed WP to a downgraded version using ftp (No love.) downloaded and re-installed WP 3.7 using ftp uninstalled 1.1.1. and downgraded to an earlier version using ftp - this actually let my site load. However, I couldn't make any alterations to the site; I could only 'view' the editing bar at the bottom of the screen. (Another user has similar issues. See forum post by @altonc). re-downloaded and re-installed 1.1.1. using ftp - but didn't activate Sophistique. I couldn't load my site when logged in.  re-activated Sophistique (just because I didn't want viewers to see a more muddled site than what it is presently) My site doesn't cache if anyone is interested the url is http://www.ashby-bp.com the error says it has something to do with jquery according to the element inspection on google chrome.  I don't know what else to try here folks. I'm frustrated beyond all measure, and starting to get angry. For two days now I've been back and forth between the forum and GoDaddy and I still can't get my site to work. I'm not a developer. I'm pretty new at this, actually. But I've desperately tried everything I can do.  :growl:

      Credentials no longer seem to work

      I am confused. I just logged into a site I have been working on for a while and I was no longer logged into my pagelines account.
      I double checked my password through the Pagelines site and it is working.
       
      It is telling me that I am running Pagelines lite.
       
      Did something change? And now I have to start paying additional money. Like I said I am confused.
      I hope someone can clarify for me.
