[Solved] Custom Pro Account Based on Client's request

Hello, 

Please i have a client who has a website which i used PageLines on but they don't want any website credit on their website (neither mine nor PageLines'). 

Tried explaining to them that they have to pay for that to be removed. But they said the price is very high since what they want is just to remove it. 

SO my question is, is there a separate fee that can be paid to remove credit?
