[Solved] Pageline/Meganav search not working

The search in the meganav is not working. When I do a search,it is not displaying any search results instead the page gets redirected to the blog posts(The page has a loop of all available posts in my site) page with the search string attached to the end of the URL like this "https://mysite.com/?s=test&submit=Search+›". Any help will be much appreciated.

that should be working correctly, the URL is correct anyway (s query refers to the actual search and should trigger results)

I'd have to see a live link to figure out more about whats happening.
