Platform 5 Connection Issue cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10000 milliseconds

I've deleted plugins, cache, tried in different browsers, edited the htaccess file to allow pagelines ip's, deactivated/activated the Platform 5 plugin several times, checked my hosting security and all solutions I've read online. This error is still there:
