[Solved] Repeated Connection/Token Failure

Today is my first day using Platform 5, and I am encountering this (incredibly annoying, extremely disruptive) error every ten minutes or so  -- even though there are no connectivity issues at this end:

Possible Token Issue: Please try the refresh button under account, or disconnect and reconnect to get a new token.

These service interruptions basically render the whole platform unusable.  Please let me know immediately how this issue can be patched/permanently resolved.  Otherwise, I must ask for a refund and move on.   I anxiously await your reply!

Sorry to hear you're having a problem, this isn't a common one. Did you try what it said and disconnect/reconnect your account to your site?

Thanks for your reply, Andrew.  The issue must have been with my local setup.  I have since deployed to staging, which resolved it.  I am having some other issues, namely, installed extensions not showing up in the panel,  and changes repeatedly not saving.  Any ideas?   Otherwise, going smoothly.   Did get a kick out of the "newbie" status given that  I have been a paying customer/registered user since the earliest Framework days (-;

oh haha, gotcha. The connection issue might of had to do with PageLines' servers but it should be resolved. 

As for your other issues, they sound a lot like a cache issue. These can be caused via your host or a cache plugin sometimes.
