HTML Rel links

Is there a way in the Boxes section to modify the rel attribute in the link?  We have an issue with one of our secure links from home.haverhill-ps.org where it's passing on a "rel" from the Pagelines-constructed site, which is preventing our users from accessing all of the resources on the following site.  We just simply need to be able to modify it to a "nofollow".  Thanks!

the rel attribute should be only related to search engine spiders, why does this relate to users viewing content?

I don't know all of the technical details, as this was related to us from our network security advisor, but it has something to do with OWA where adjusting user settings is disallowed because of where the link originated.  If we are able to add the rel nofollow, this would fix the problem.  Thanks.
