Cant enable carasoul feature!

Cant enable carasoul feature! made fresh install, installed NextGEN Gallery and image rotator jquery and cant get wordpress to show the images for the gallery. I have uploaded many sample images and identified the gallery ID to these plugins to no avail.

The whole carousel doesn't show up or just the images inside it?
