Menu Icons Square

I keep having this issue where the menu icons / down arrows turn into squares.  At first, I had it under control with changing a setting with my CDN and then turning off W3Total Cache.  Now I've removed W3 and changed to the iThemes security plugin. 

It's square again.  Any ideas on what I can do?

Ya that generally means the font isn't loading correctly, are there any network errors? any other issues on console?

No, neither.  It breaks the images if I'm in the office or home.  No console issues.

Is there a way to load a friendlier font for the icons if it's not loading the fonts correctly?

https://www.sicklehunter.com it's very intermittent.  When I am making a change it seems to be there first thing to go.  Usually, I can revert back on whatever setting but it's happening more and more.
