DMS Editor not loading

Hi, the front end of my site, the user's view, is working fine: http://labgayosso.azurewebsites.net/ . When I go to the back end, the Wordpress admin area, I can login without a problem. But once I logged in, the front end editor can not load anymore an the browser shows the following message:

Not Found (Error 404)
The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

Then, when I checked the code inspector in Google Chrome, the Console Tabs shows the following message:

Synchronous XMLHttpRequest on the main thread is deprecated because of its detrimental effects to the end user's experience. For more help, check https://xhr.spec.whatwg.org/.

I tried disabling all the plugins, then all the theme, but still not loading. All the plugins are updated. Can you please give me any advice on how to fix this?

This sounds like a potential problem with your hosting actually, have you checked with them? 

Also, some things to consider: plugin conflicts and javascript errors.

Same is happening with an old site... client managed sorry to say.. I cannot access the front editor also.. the loading circle on the page appears, but nothing happens.

When I'm in admin backend.. under Pagelines -  when I click the edit via the DMS editor.. it goes to a 404 page.. editor will not load.

Would appreciate an update either way.
