Keep site activated but terminate license?

Hi, 

I'm a loyal long-term customer of DMS Pagelines. Previously I've been able to keep my activated DMS websites despite not paying the annual description fee. Is this still applicable? Do I have to renew my annual license despite having activated a domain/website 2-3 years ago?

no, you can let it deactivate and the site should stay the same .

Thanks Andrew, and I suppose the main disadvantage is that the site/theme won't receive any updates? Or are there other disadvantages?

The only disadvantages are you that you wont be able to edit pro features, but that should be it.
