Template Section cannot be edited and change back to default layout changes were saved

Hi there,

my problem is that no changes are saved in the pagelines sections.

I do changes and create my own content. After saving all changes are un-done after reloading the page.

The default preset content is shown. All configurations of modules is un-done.

I have deactivated or uninstalled all plugins that are not related to Pagelines and still nothing works.

On the attached image you see how it looks like after saving and updating the page.
