Platform-5 Activation no longer working

Hi

I have a Pagelines account that still has 9 of 12 account activations available. I can see 3 sites listed that I have activated. On the new site I am creating, I click the Pro update button and nothing happens. The text continues to say 9/12 activations left.

I need to place a cover background image on the home page and need Pro engaged to have that feature available?

Also, what's the best way in platform-5 to have a background cover the full width of the page area?
