Cannot Register Site as Pro

As requested, here's the recap of today's problem.

I'm working on a site that's activated as pro in the staging area, which is essentially the development environment, on GoDaddy Managed Wordpress. For weeks I've been migrating back and forth, but mostly from staging to production, and hadn't noticed until today that the PL icon is showing up in the footer.

Sure enough, in the production environment, I am registered as Free. And nothing I do will cause PageLines to activate Pro.

After a bit of dialogue in the FB group, I disconnected and reconnected in the PageLines Account settings inside the WordPress dashboard. That caused the site to register as Pro.

Note that I probably never registered the production site prior to working in staging and pushing to production. The staging site has been "registered" but being recognized as a staging domain, didn't use a pro registration.

@Andrew,

In case it explains things and saves you looking for a phantom problem, I just discovered something.

Normally I do all my development work with Chrome. Today I was working on Google and Bing indexing so I had Chrome, Edge and IE open and closed and open, checking out the search results in various scenarios. As it turns out, when I was having trouble registering the site as Pro in Chrome, I was also signed into wp-admin for the site in IE. Somewhere along the way I had signed into wp-admin in IE and forgotten about it. Perhaps that's what caused PL to fail registration in Chrome until I disconnected and reconnected.

Gotcha, ya i need to take a look at this entire process again soon and try and remove issues like this.. it seems to be a bit error prone. Sorry bout the hassle.
