Scope selction doesn't work

I am having a problem with Scope Selection, if I set it to Current Page Only it still over writes other pages.  I am using PageLines Framework theme.

1. How can I apply same header/footer to all pages

2. How can I modify Page layout for a specif page without affecting other pages?

Looks like it works when I select pages from the front end for editing.

      Scope not changing

      Hi,
      We've got an issue with the post scope. After publishing a post it won't change to the "Current page" just reload the page and be set back to "All posts". Do you have an idea what could be the issue here? I've tried to enable and disable all the plugins, no luck so far.

      Hi Everyone,
       
      I am having issues with being able to post to my blog with platform 5. Currently when i click publish, it just shows the homepage of MoonBodySoul.com. That is until i open the page editor and change the scope from "All of type: Posts" to "Current Page Only". Then I have to re-insert the menu header as well. This seems like a really dumb process. In past versions of pagelines, I could just post a blog and the menu would be there and there would be no formatting issues. What can I do to fix this?
