[Solved] Multisite Pro Activation Error

I have a grandfathered dev account and am unable to activate subsites on my multisite network.

Tried disconnecting and reconnecting account. Only main site is shown as activated.

Since pro activation has been off and on for subsites I added code to hide the pagelines watermark (bottom left image/link). Could that be flagging the account not to activate or something?

Network is on AWS Elastic Beanstalk, is there a port that needs to be open for authentication?

PL5 only requires that the plugin be network activated.

Then as the network admin, you go to the network admin area and activate PL5 there, all 'subsites' can the use PL5 activated.

Theres no need to activate each subsite, you shouldnt be even able to activate the plugin on subsites, im not entirely sure how you are doing that.

Seems to have been a cookie error, clearing cookies resolved the issue.

Was wrong, problem was resolved on the root site but persists on all others

Will keep troubleshooting and let you know if I can resolve. Might be a CDN problem...

Having the same issue...

Able to network activate and have active on main domain (www.haverhill-ps.org) and one subdomain (hidden in development), but will not pro activate on another subdomain.  Tried deactivating/reactivating, clearing cache and cookies on server and in browser...

Thoughts?

I still dont understand how you are pro activating subsites, all subsites should just show the settings, no account tab.

There should be no way to activate subsites.

Are you all using the latest version?

Yes, newest version.  My install steps were as follows:

• Install plugin from Network admin and Network Activate (including the desired Extend options)
• Pro Activate at main domain and adjust settings (Pro Options)
• Visit subdomain to develop

One site carries through the settings without an issue, the other sees the pro features but the checkmark for removing Pagelines credit is unchecked and grayed out.

I should have wrote that the subsites are not activated, as in the pro options are greyed out.

The account is activated on the main site and there is no account tab on the subsites. Yes latest version is active.

No luck so far.

Just revisiting this as we were looking to make design changes to one of our sub-sites, but the Pro options are still grayed out...any updates? Running latest version of Platform (v 5.1.8). Any further thoughts?

Do you have all your sites on one Wordpress dashboard?

Because if you have the WordPress Multisite allowed, all pages share the plugins so you don't need to activate PL in your sub-sites.

No, each has it's own - standard multi-site setup (as far as I can tell). It's activated on the main domain, where the subdomain's Dashboard > Pagelines area only has Settings and Extend with all Pro options greyed out.
