Pageline Support Non-Existent

I paid for a pro license since August. My account has been on hold since August. No one at pagelines is replying to my support emails. My site still thinks I am using the free version. What it going to take to get someone at pagelines to support a product I paid for!?!?

Hello there, the only ticket we have for you is 5 hours old, exactly 1 hour older than this forum post.

You subscription looks in order now, so try connecting a site again.

I'm not surprised since I never received replies to support request or emails previously sent. I just kept trying. I just now logged in and saw it's finally been activated. I have to say, contacting support, especially through pagelines mainpage, is seriously lacking.

Sorry about that, I replied to all of your previous messages. The only one I never replied to is the one you sent an hour after this forum post.

Maybe check your spam folder.
