i-appreciateorg 0 Report post Posted January 14, 2010 Few quick questions (sorry but am new here). 1) How can I make it so that my contact form has the (required) and (valid e-mail address required) on the right of the field name (Name, E-mail address, etc...) instead of underneath the box? You can look at my site at i-appreciate.org/contact for an idea. 2) How can I change the field size so that I can write something that is longer and not have it stack up. For example, I want the following: What suggestions do you have? What I'm getting is What suggestions do you have Thanks, this really is a great forum and very helpful. Andrew 207 Report post Posted January 15, 2010 The first step with Cforms should be to deactivate the styling (see cforms options/styling) this may correct these issues for you...
i-appreciateorg 0 Report post Posted January 16, 2010 I tried doing that and it didn't fix it. You can see what I'm talking about at http://i-appreciate.org/contact I want the (required) to be next to "Your Name", etc... And I want to be able to type in a long label without it having to be stacked (it should be in a single line). Thanks.
Andrew 207 Report post Posted January 18, 2010 this might require tweaking the php for the plugin. You'll notice the required shows up underneath on every contact form on PageLines. What you'll need to do is find the code that cforms uses to generate the forms. You could also try another contact forms plugin like "Contact Forms 7" or Gravity Forms (this one is paid)
