Option: Remove default padding

Recommended Posts

We've talked about IT on the fb-group about a "Remove default padding"-option on all sections, some layouts would really benefit to that.

any inputs or ideas 'bout this?

Interesting, look into it! If it works then it should do it!

Some snippets..

.. easy..

Can't get it to work, is it more to it than adding the code?

The padding you are referring to now is another issue.

There is no simple way to remove ALL padding, you will need some css to remove the left/right padding thats in the media queries.

Looks like this:

<script>
!function ($) {
  $(document).on( 'ready', function() {
    $('.pl-sn-pad').each( function(){
      $(this).removeClass('pl-sn-pad')
    })
  })
}(window.jQuery)
</script>

plus targeting sections (where we want to remove padding completely) with this:

.Custom-Class .pl-content-area {
  padding-left: none;
  padding-right: none;
}

Where .Custom-Class is added to the targeted container.
