dissaster with import/export

Import & export sometimes takes settings from sections - sometimes not. it overwrites content and makes it lost. somehow it seems to me the Section relies on old data (not actual).

The section seems currently  to be a dissaster  

JUST TO EXPLAIN THE PROCESS I FOLLOWED 
(already several times successfully before)

• moved an existant Installation to a new SUB-Directory
  • copied all WP files there
• DB related
  • exported DB
  • replaced in DB all path´s
  • imported DB
• changed at new location
  • all relevant things in "wp-config.php" 
• Platforn5 related
  • exported: platform_data.json
  • imported at new instal: platform_data.json
