Section copy/paste not working + problems with mobile view

I tried asking the FB group for help with a site that isn't showing up correctly on mobile. You can see the white border on the right of the header shown in the attached screen shot, or look at the site here: http://www.mamulligan.com/ndtest. In fact, the home page of the site contains this wide white border on the right side even on my computer, in all browsers.

One person suggested that the problem might be in a box section. I think this may be the case. The other pages on the site don't have the box section, and this problem is not occurring there.

To diagnose which section is causing the problem, I thought it would be a good idea to delete the box section, but save it to add it back in if it's not the problem. So I tried the "section copy/paste" tool using the instructions given here on the PageLines site. I saw that others have had problems with this on Safari and Firefox, but that it worked on Chrome. I tried it multiple times on Chrome. When I attempt to paste the data into the (very small) window, I get the following message:

Not Acceptable!

An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security.

So . . . I am still having the original problem with the white border along the side of my page, and now I'm having an additional problem with the "section copy/paste" function. 

Any ideas?

Every plugin, PL, and WP has been updated to the most recent version.

Im not seeing a white bar in the simulator: http://cl.ly/0z2B2l2L1b2V or on phone, tried safari and chrome.

Im afraid your servers use of mod_security is beyond our control. Thats something you would have to ask your host about.

They would be able to find the rule that triggered the error and perhaps whitelist your IPs.

Hmmm. If it's something like that, wouldn't the problem crop up on all of the pages? Someone on the Facebook group had a similar issue that was triggered by an image; that's why I want to try to isolate various sections. Any ideas about my problem with section copy/paste?

Oh, also: I have two other sites built on Platform 5 using very similar sections and hosted by the same company. Neither is showing this problem.

The white border is an overflow issue, you're using a negative margin on boxes. 

font-size: 0.8em; margin: 0px -25vw 0px -17vw;

This is true. I just went in and removed the negative margins on all sections, and the problem persists.

still has it when i look... try setting margin to a value of 1 or something..
