Text Box Section - bug ?

Not sure which update caused this - one of the last two. 
A scroll bar is being added to a text box

It is something to do with this HTML
<a class="pl-btn pl-btn-success pl-btn-lg" href="/contact-us-detailed/">Get Started</a>
and the problem goes when I add <br><br>
??

also - just noticed - the Text box doesn't pick up the H1 - H6 heading styles set in Customise global settings.

if you are using the rich editor, it doesn't actually create read h1s it just adds a span class.

I've been seeing this happen on a few sites too. It started appearing after PL 5.0.93 version update—maybe a few after that, can't remember. A temporary fix (?) was including this in the child theme.

Brian's fix works but left the bug so It can be seen today.
