Is DMS compatible with Multisite Language Switcher ?

Hi , 

Is any one using Multisite Language Switcher with DMS and manage to put a Flag on the main nav bar ?

Hi, 

The developper of the pluging "Multisite Language Switcher", ask me if  " if the of DMS menu is a NavMenu." ?
