Bizarre extra widget sidebar showing up

Out of nowhere my site is now showing title-named extra widgets on all subnav pages (see http://bit.ly/6LCUYo). Please take a look -- what is happening? It wasn't there before. Thanks, Jason

One more odd thing -- I just tried setting the welcome message to all screens in WHP out of curiosity to see if it was responsible, and this extraneous widget is actually showing up ABOVE the welcome message when in the subnav areas. I turned the welcome message off for other pages but thought I'd mention it.
