Hiding section to mobile users breaks mobile site

Recommended Posts

vikzee

I have a website www.realfight.training that the header looks overlapped on mobile, so I added the Pro Tools plugin and opted to hide that section to mobile users.  However, this breaks the site on some mobiles (works on mine fine (iPhone 6), works fine on my daughter's (iPhone 5) but times out on my husbands mobile (iPhone 6 with same settings as mine).  When I allow that section to be visible to mobile users, it works fine again.  Any ideas?

Ah i misread the original post.

So the site times out on his phone? But not on yours? I cant see that as being any sort of settings issue unless you are both on WIFI and both on the same WIFI. Moblie internet is unreliable.

Now you have disabled whatever you had setup nobody else with an iphone 6 is able to test it im afraid.

I have re-enabled that section as hidden from mobile users just now.

We were all using our home Wifi when testing - only timed out on his but not mine.
