Make url from a comment author on a blog open up in a new window

When people comment on my blog, their URL shows up in their comment. But when you click on it, the browser goes directly to their site, and I want it to open a new window instead (target="_blank")... but I can't find this area in your theme files to make this modification. Please help. iBlog Pro

The comments use standard WP functionality... this might not be editable in the theme (it uses a get_comments()) type function. Will look into this for you.
