This must be the worst forum/site I have encountered since I started focusing on programming and computers about 30 years ago. What is it with you guys? You are selling a product that supposedly are meant to make it easier and better to distribute a web-site. And it is completely impossible to get in touch with you. You have charged my credit card apparently with no reason whatsoever, and I am trying to stop this madness. Hey! You are building a simple and forward fence around another already existent framework, and you are not even doing a good job. 

So, please wipe me from your existence and go ahead on what ever you are doing.
