Layout Changes, or a Library?

Right from the start, I'm revealing that I am NOT a Wordpress guru or coder or PHP-fluent sort of person. But I seem to recall seeing that there's a library of page layouts that others have created for iBlogPro (I'm on 3.5 paid) - am I correct, or just dreaming? I'm looking for a layout that will put content on top and the highlight title, content and media in a section below that. Is that even remotely possible? When I tried it with a copy/paste on a duplicate version of page-highlight.php, the results were far from pleasant. Hope all is well with everyone in the New Year!

Well we provide page templates for you to use.. but its relatively easy to create your own (given some time learning) have you tried all the page templates available?
