How do I change the color of the navigation row?

I'm running Platform Pro and I would like to change the color of the nav bar from the default white to Midnight Blue: #151B54, does anyone have a code that would allow me to do this? Thanks in advance.

UPDATE: I have found out how to change the nav row background color but the buttons remain white, how do I change the buttons to match the background?

The active button, the hover button ...which is it? A link would help as well.

Here is a screen shot of what I'm talking about. I want the row of buttons that is white to become blue, as well as the drop down menu that appears when you hover over a button if at all possible. Here

Daivd, First of all thank you for your reply, although your CSS theoretically fixed my problem, it caused two new ones. 1. For some strange reason the color only covers a portion of the nav bar. 2. The drop down menu disappears behind the feature box. Do you have any solutions? Here is a link to a photo that may help to clarify what I am saying. Thanks in advance, Michael

For the color issue, some CSS just has to be tweaked. Can you please post a link to your site?

Are you using a full-width site? My navigation was designed for a fixed-width site. Try deleting this line: width:990px; From here: #primary-nav{ Second, the dropdown falling behind the feature box is a z-index issue but I'm not entirely sure why yours is doing that. Could you post a link to your site?
