add_action( ‘pl_force_ssl’, ‘__return_true’ );

Add the above code to your child themes functions.php file.

the filter is not working or is in the wrong place to work, it should change all http:// to https:// for the pagelines-css stylesheets

I just tried it again, it 100% works

add_filter( 'pl_force_ssl', '__return_true' );

If you read the new error in the browser console, you will see the fonts are not allowed to load across origins:

Font from origin 'https://www.pallacanestropiovese.it' has been blocked from loading by Cross-Origin Resource Sharing policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. Origin 'http://www.pallacanestropiovese.it' is therefore not allowed access.

To fix that you will have to add the header, depends on how your host is setup, you might be able to just add a line to .htaccess file

<IfModule mod_headers.c>
      Header add Access-Control-Allow-Origin "*"
</IfModule>
