Caline 0 Report post Posted August 19, 2015 Hello,I just want to ask help if there is anyone using Easycart here. Easycart has upgraded today, and after upgrading DMS is not uploading. I tried deactivating easycart, afterwhich DMS worked properly. After re-activating Easycart it isn't working again. I check google javascript console and this is the error message :Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'sortable' of undefinedMany thanks. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Danny+ 1,327 Report post Posted August 20, 2015 Well DMS works when this plugin isn't enabled. Therefore, the issue lies with their plugin not our theme. So you will need to inform them that DMS works fine when their plugin has been disabled and doesn't work when their plugin is active.Also, we are compatible with WooCommerce, if EasyCart are not willing to assist you.
