Twitter Conversion code snippet

Recommended Posts

Using Twitter Ads. Need to include the Twitter conversion code snippet on my site but not sure where to put it. I guess it would be in the <head> section of the default page but as a inexperienced user, I'm not sure how to achieve that...

I tried the Twitter official Wordpress plugin and the shortcode [twitter_tracking id="xxxxx"] but that doesn't seem to get verified with the Twitter Ads console.

I appreciate this may be a Wordpress issue more than Pagelines, but figured if anyone would know how to do it, it would be this group!

Thanks in advance.

Code snippet is:

script src="//platform.twitter.com/oct.js" type="text/javascript"></script>

<script type="text/javascript">twttr.conversion.trackPid('xxxxx', { tw_sale_amount: 0, tw_order_quantity: 0 });</script>
<img height="1" width="1" style="display:none;" alt="" src="//t.co/i/adsct?txn_id=xxxxx&p_id=Twitter&tw_sale_amount=0&tw_order_quantity=0" />
