Fatal Error - What's wrong?

Recommended Posts

Hi, I am receiving a fatal error. I have tried deactivating all of the plugins and only using the Hover plugin extension, but it does not work for me. On my end, the "Loading DMS Editor" with the spinning circle does not ever load and the website does not load. On the users end, the website looks disjointed with the following fatal error message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function pl_hash() in wp-content/plugins/jg-hover/jg-hover.php on line 178

What can I do to fix this? It's a killer extension that I would love to use.

Thanks!

Are you sure you have all the theme files?

pl_hash() is located in the file lib.utils.php, should be in the folder /themes/<themename>/dms/includes/ in your theme.

Simon,

It turns out our site was using DMS 1 and had not ungraded to DMS 2. This solved my problem. We've been using DMS 2 on so many client sites, I had overlooked that we had not upgraded our own site. Thanks!
