PageLines Framework conflict with NextGen Gallery

There is a conflict between PageLines Framework Version 2.4.6 and the NextGen Gallery. When the fixed NavBar is enabled, you are unable to manage NextGen galleries. The page keeps reloading over and over again. When you disable the fixed NavBar, you can manage the NextGen gallery. Is there a way to fix the theme so you don't have to disable the NavBar every time you need to manage a gallery?

You will want to contact the support team over at NextGen Gallery, as it is likely this is caused by their plugin. However, please be aware that PageLines Framework is a legacy theme and something like this will no longer be fixed.
