Grandstand disable popup when clicking images

Hi everyone,

When you click an image on grandstand it opens the image at the top with a small close icon. The image does not fit as well as I had hoped. I think it will require quite a bit of CSS to make it look as I wanted. Therefore, I think the easier approach for me is to disable it from do this. Is there a way to disable this when clicking on an image in grandstand so that nothing happens?

Hi James,

You could try stripping the link from the image via CSS, you can do this by using the following properties:

pointer-events: none;
cursor: default;

Sorry to re-open this but I am looking to do similar to JawDesigns+ and remove the popup, but the code above also turns off the rollover function.  Is there a way to disable the link that opens the popup but also keep the rollover title functionality?  I am using the section to add images of local attractions on a holiday home website (on a testing server at www.cdmtestserver.com/velika at the moment) so I want the user to be able to rollover each image and see a title so they know what the image is but I don't have a lot of information to add other than that about each attraction and so the popup is superfluous.  Many thanks in advance
