Unable to put any section in footer

Recommended Posts

rsmm

This is the site: [http://dynamite.staging.wpengine.com/], latest version of DMS. We have over 20 other sites with the exact same plugins and versions of everything. They all work, this one does not. After dragging a section to the footer, it disappears on refresh, and the DMS indicator light goes red.

Clicking it to 'undo unpublished local changes' does nothing visible.

Please refrain from creating multiple topics regarding the same issue, by doing so will not increase our response time. I have gone ahead and locked the other topic - http://forum.pagelines.com/topic/38961-unable-to-put-any-section-in-footer/

Have you tried disabling all active plugins and see if this resolves the issue?

I only created one topic, the forum froze when I created it, and somehow multiple entries were processed, but I only made one. Thank you for assuming I am a spammer.

Disabling all active plugins leaves me with a near text-only site, I am not able to drag and drop any sections with all plugins disabled. See screenshot:

Hi rsmm

Please, you can try without disable the DMS plugins.

If disabling all active plugins causes this issue. Can you please send me a PM with the following info, please:

  • A link to this topic so I know what the PM is regarding.
  • A link to the site in question
  • Your admin username/password
  • Confirm I have the right to disable plugins if required.

Hi Danny,

I have private messaged you twice, each time there was a forum error. Is there another way I can contact you?
